Open Hearted: A podcast about Organ Donation and Recipients
I also created Open Hearted, a podcast about living beyond medical trauma with vitality and resilience. Through honest conversations and personal storytelling, me and my guests explore what it means to live with congenital heart disease, experience loss, navigate grief, and find moments of joy and connection along the way. The podcast grew from my own heart journey and the powerful relationships she has formed with others who share similar experiences.
At the heart of the podcast is a simple but powerful message: we are not alone in what we carry. I use storytelling to bring visibility to the emotional realities that can accompany lifelong heart conditions and medical experiences, while celebrating the strength, friendship, humour, and hope that can emerge.

Blogs about Medical Anxiety and Living with CHD
I created this blog as a place to share my experiences, reflections, and insights around congenital heart disease, medical trauma, health anxiety, grief, and resilience. As both a counsellor and someone with lived experience, I understand how deeply medical experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us.
Through my writing, I hope to put words to some of the experiences that can be difficult to talk about and create a sense of connection for others who may be walking a similar path. My hope is that you find something here that helps you feel understood, supported, or simply a little less alone.
