Somatic Therapeutic Counselling for
Fertility, Birth and Your Unique Journey

Every fertility and birth story is unique.
Some are long and winding, some arrive suddenly, some hold joy alongside grief, fear, or confusion. Whether you are navigating fertility challenges, healing from a traumatic or complicated birth, or processing pre- or post-partum experiences,

you are not meant to carry this alone.

Somatic therapeutic counselling offers a supportive, compassionate space for individuals and families who may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsupported. This approach honours the wisdom of the body alongside emotional and relational experiences, recognising that fertility, pregnancy, birth, and early parenting are deeply embodied journeys.

Meghan Stewart brings both professional training and lived experience to her work. As a mother of four, with very different birth stories—including experiences of medical trauma—she understands the wide range of emotions that can arise through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and early parenting. Her counselling is shaped by deep empathy, respect for each unique story, and a commitment to compassionate, trauma-informed support.

As a mother of four, each with their own distinct birth narrative, I have come to recognize that my body retains the memories of these experiences. My journey through fertility and childbirth has illuminated the profound ways in which our bodies encompass and reflect our personal histories. I understand the complex emotions that accompany this journey—the anxious anticipation that often underlies feelings of excitement, as well as the weight of fear that can feel too burdensome or intricate to articulate.
