Resources for Families

This page is inspired by the questions asked by families I work with.

My Story

The photo above is my mom holding brand new me. When I was born with congenital heart disease, my mom didn't have the resources or connections to know what to do. It is in honour of her and all the parents out there I work with that this page will hopefully reach.

Community

Nuerodiversity

In my years of teaching and advocacy in the school system, I worked with so many children and their families to navigate learning, friendships, emotional regulation and each child's experience of self and belonging.

Youth Mental Heath

Navigating Neurodiversity is a local teacher and health care worker who are both moms of neurodiverse children. They have resources and supports on their website. They can also work alongside you to provide you with the added support and information.
